1. John Alvin Rucker Lee came with his parents to Wright County as a boy. His father died 4 Jun 1857 when John Alvin was ten years old. His mother, Elicabeth, was left with a numbr of young children of which he was the oldest boy.
John built the second frame building in Mountain Grove, the first sidewalk, the first drug store, and opeated the store for 34 years.
