1. There is little information about Stepp, the second son of Morris "I", except that he was engaged in several land transactions and his occupation, listed in one deed, was "shoemaker".
2. He was married, as his wife relinquished her dower in some of the transactions, and doubtless had children, but, the names are not known. (From Eric Newsom's letter of 1-27-91)
