1. Wm. R. went to the area of Gainesville, Texas by 1875, where he married first. Why & when they went to that area is unknown. [another family mystery] Whether they eloped together from Missouri or if she some how followed [and found] him so he could do the honorable thing by her is still unknown. They were back in Missouri two years later, and were in Callaham, Texas by 1892 when Jessie was born.

4. The 1900 Callahan County, Texas, Census 1st precient, Baird City, page 8a, household 149 shows his father was born in Kentucky and his mother was born in Missouri.

2. Narcossis & William lost five children, four under the age of 2 and one at age 11, between 1882 and 1900.
3. The 1910 Census shows her father was born in Virginia and her mother was born in Kentucky.
4. She was a boarding house keeper in 1910.
5. She spent later years with various children and died in 1937.
1. Aileen reports that "Aunt Icie" was a bit premature and was the first & oldest child of William and Narcossis. That would probably make her being born some where around 1875.
